Dear guests, if you are not satisfied with our service or our facilities or if there are any defects, please let us know. This will give us the chance to rectify them immediately and restore your satisfaction.

Consumption in the restaurant or at the bar will be charged to your room bill daily and paid on the day of departure. Please let the service staff know when you wish to go to your room to countersign your bill.
We endeavour to create a relaxing atmosphere for our guests. Therefore, and also according to Austrian law, we ask you to smoke on the balcony, on the terrace or in our smoking lounge at the hotel entrance.
You will be informed immediately of incoming calls. If you cannot be reached in your room or in the restaurant, you will receive a message from us. Please notify reception the day before if you wish to be woken up. If you would like to make an internal call, simply dial the desired room number. You can be reached by dialling the extension in your room, 0043 5472 2444 and the room number.

The Serfaus.Fiss.Ladis cable cars charge € 6.00 per day for your dog (8 days cost € 10.00) - these are available directly on site at the cable car ticket office.
